Clean and wash the whole chicken, then place it in a pot.

Add 2 liters of hot water to the pot with the chicken.

Add 1 teaspoon of salt and bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat and simmer for about 40 minutes.

After 40 minutes, remove the chicken and strain the broth to remove any impurities.

Reserve half of the broth for future use and add the other half back to the pot.

Wash 4 tablespoons of rice and add it to the broth.

Cover the pot and let it cook.

Shred the chicken into pieces and set aside.

In a separate bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of flour and 1 egg yolk with 1/2 cup of cold water until smooth.

Once the rice is cooked, take a ladle of broth and add it to the egg mixture to temper it, then slowly add it back to the pot while stirring continuously.

Add the shredded chicken back to the pot and bring to a gentle boil.

In a separate pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and add 1 tablespoon of oil, then add 1 teaspoon of paprika to the hot oil.
