Slice the chicken breast into strips vertically against the grain.

Place the sliced chicken into a bowl and set aside.

In a medium-sized bowl, combine 1/4 cup of oil, the juice of 1 lime, 4 cloves of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of kosher salt, 1 teaspoon of cumin, 1 teaspoon of chili powder, and 1 teaspoon of paprika.
