1

Make the fajita seasoning by mixing 1/2 teaspoon kashmiri red chili powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1/2 teaspoon dry oregano, 1 teaspoon paprika powder, and salt as needed (around 1/2 teaspoon).

2

Take 2 whole chicken breasts and marinate them with lemon juice and the fajita seasoning mix on both sides. Let it marinate for half an hour.

3

In a frying pan, add 2 tablespoons of oil and cook the marinated chicken breast on low flame for 5 minutes on one side.

4

Flip the chicken breast and cook the other side for another 5 minutes on medium flame, covering with a lid.

5

After 5 minutes, turn the gas to low flame, flip the chicken breast again, cover with a lid, and cook for an additional 3 minutes to ensure it's completely cooked.

6

Check the chicken, flip it again, and cook for 2 more minutes before switching off the stove. The chicken should be completely cooked and look golden.

7

Slice the cooked chicken breast into long pieces.

8

In another frying pan, add 3 tablespoons of oil and 6 chopped garlic cloves, cooking on medium flame for 3 minutes.

9

Add the long and thin sliced yellow onion, 2 red bell peppers, 2 yellow bell peppers, and 1 green bell pepper to the pan. Mix well and cook until the vegetables are half cooked, about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally and covering with a lid.

10

After 8 minutes, add 1 lemon and 1 tablespoon of salt, then add the sliced chicken pieces. Mix well and cook for an additional 2 minutes before switching off the stove.

11

To serve, take flour tortillas and cook them in a frying pan on medium flame for 2 minutes on each side.

12

Add the chicken fajita mixture to the tortillas, along with avocado and sour cream.
