Wrap in plastic wrap and cool in the fridge for about 30 minutes to set.
Preheat the oven.
Slice the cookie dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes.
Cool the cookies on the baking sheet.
