Mix bread crumbs with a little milk to moisten.
Cut chicken fillets into pieces and chop them.
In a bowl, combine chopped chicken, finely grated parmesan, moistened bread crumbs, onion powder, garlic powder, minced garlic, herbes de Provence, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Mix everything by hand or with a wooden spoon.
Form meatballs of about 40 grams each, wetting hands to prevent sticking.
Heat a skillet over medium heat with a little oil.
Once the oil is hot, add the meatballs and brown them for a few minutes.
Remove excess oil with paper towels.
In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic, sautéing for about one minute.
Pour in heavy cream and add parmesan cheese gradually, allowing it to melt each time.
Cover the skillet with aluminum foil and cook the meatballs on low-medium heat for 10 minutes, turning them occasionally.
