Cut seedless green grapes in half and set aside.

Cut seedless red grapes in half and set aside.

Cut strawberries in half or desired shape and place on a plate.

Peel one or two tangerines and cut in half or slice.

Peel one big mango, cut it in half, and dice it.

Combine all prepared fruits in a bowl.

In a small saucepan, mix 7 grams of Agar agar powder and caster sugar.

Pour in water and fresh milk, stirring until the sugar and Agar agar powder dissolve.

Turn on medium heat and bring the mixture to a boil.

Add plain yogurt to the boiling mixture and heat for about 2 minutes while stirring constantly.

Add all the prepared fruit chunks to the mixture and mix well.

Pour the fruit yogurt mixture into a prepared 6-inch round baking pan.

Set aside to cool, then refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours or overnight.

Run a knife along the side of the pan to loosen the jelly cake.
