Banoffee Cupcakes

Banoffee cupcakes are a delightful British dessert inspired by the classic banoffee pie, combining the flavors of banana and toffee in a moist cupcake form.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and place individual cupcake molds in a baking tray.
Cream together butter and caster sugar in a bowl until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time and mix well.
Peel and break bananas into small pieces and add to the mixture, then mix well and beat.
Sift together refined flour and baking powder into the mixture and fold in well.
Fill a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle with dulce de leche and pipe over the baked cupcakes.
Sprinkle some chocolate chips on each cupcake and serve.
