1/2-3/4 C, 125-185 ml Ice Cold Water

Cut butter into approximately tablespoon sized pieces.

Arrange the pieces in a square on a piece of parchment.

Roll and pound the butter into a thin square.

Mix flour and salt together in a medium sized bowl.

Add water 2 tablespoons at a time, stirring after each addition to combine, until the mixture forms a dough.

Bake at 425 F 220 C for 10 min.

Open oven door for about 30 seconds to let out some heat.

Lower oven temp to 375 F 190 C.
