- ●1 cup granulated sugar
- ●1/2 cup sour cream
- ●3 large eggs
- ●1 tsp vanilla extract
- ●1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- ●1/4 tsp salt
- ●1/2 cup melted butter
- ●1/2 cup crushed graham crackers (for crust)
- ●1/4 cup sugar (for crust)
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- 2In a blender or food processor, blend the cottage cheese until smooth.
- 3In a large mixing bowl, combine the blended cottage cheese, granulated sugar, sour cream, eggs, vanilla extract, flour, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- 4In a separate bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers with the melted butter and 1/4 cup sugar until the mixture resembles wet sand.
- 5Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- 6Pour the cottage cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
- 7Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are lightly golden.
- 8Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for an additional hour to cool gradually.
- 9Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool to room temperature before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- 10Once chilled, remove the sides of the springform pan and serve.

- 5Fold in the chocolate chips if using.
- 6Pour the batter into a greased 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- 7Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- 8Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes.
- 9Transfer the bread to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
