Dried herbs are more accessible and last longer.
Place the pan over medium flame.
Add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil to the pan.
Wash the leek thoroughly to remove any soil or dirt, then add it to the pan.
Sauté the leek over medium-low flame for around 1 minute until soft.
Add 3 cloves of grated or minced garlic and sauté for around 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add 1 seasoning cube (vegetable for vegan option) and stir in.
Add 1 teaspoon of onion powder and a pinch of black pepper, then sauté.
Add the vegetable mix to the pan and reduce the flame to low.
Toss the vegetables using a spatula and cook for around 2 to 3 minutes.
If the pan is drying out, add a splash of water (around 1/4 cup).
Continue cooking and check the vegetables after a minute; they should have a vibrant green color and be wilting down.
After around 3 minutes of cooking, add 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, then toss.
Check the seasoning and add more salt if necessary.
After around 5 minutes, the mix should be ready, with tender yet crunchy veggies and a nice color.
