To a pan, add cooking oil, garlic cloves, mushroom buttons, onion, finely chopped broccoli and saute it for 5 mins.

To a bowl, add sauted broccoli, coriander leaves, grated carrot, rava (sooji), gram flour, red chilli powder, sesame seeds, salt and pepper powder.

Mix them well.

Apply little oil to palm and start making patties.

To a pan, add butter and fry the patties on medium flame.

Fry them until they turn golden brown and crispy.

Serve them hot with some ketchup.
