Wash mini broccoli and cut off the tough ends.

Peel the skin of the mini broccoli slightly and cut into two sections.

Slice garlic and ginger, and slice one chili.

Cut one bunch of green onion into two sections.

Slice 250 grams of king oyster mushroom, cutting larger pieces in half if needed.

Slice 300 grams of beef sirloin.

Marinate the beef with half teaspoon of salt, one teaspoon of sugar, one tablespoon of cornstarch, one teaspoon of soy sauce, half teaspoon of baking soda, half of an egg, a tablespoon of water, and a little black pepper powder. Mix well and let it marinate for 10 minutes.

Season with one tablespoon of oyster salt, one teaspoon of soy sauce, and one teaspoon of sugar. Toss everything together.

Return the beef to the pan along with the broccoli, add one tablespoon of water, and stir-fry for another 1 to 2 minutes.
