Cut the beef into tiny bits and rinse it with 2 tablespoons of salt and water multiple times until clean.

Strain the beef in a zinc strainer to remove excess water.

Season the beef with curry powder, salt, crushed half seasoning cube, and garlic paste, then stir to combine and set aside.

Prep the vegetables by peeling the carrot, cutting the roots off the spring onions, removing seeds from the bell peppers, peeling the onion, rinsing all veggies, and cutting them into desired sizes.

Mix together 2 tablespoons of sesame oil, 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 1 cup of water, half cup of light soy sauce, and 2 tablespoons of corn flour, then set aside.

Heat a pan and add a little vegetable oil, then add shredded onions and garlic paste, frying for about 40 seconds.

Add the beef in batches to the pan and stir-fry on high heat until cooked, then remove and set aside.
