Get your pan on to about medium heat.

Butter both sides of the bread.

Toast one side of the bread in the pan.

Grate cheese for the sandwich.

Flip the bread over and build the sandwiches inside the pan.

Put grated cheese in the center of the sandwich.

Flip the bread over so the toasted side is on the inside.

Press down on each sandwich to help the cheese melt faster.

Toast for about 2 minutes on one side until perfectly toasted.

Toast for another 1-2 minutes until cheese is melted and bread is crispy.
