Start by chopping 1 and 1/2 cups of dark chocolate and placing it in a bowl.
Heat fresh cream in the microwave for about 30 to 40 seconds and pour it over the chopped chocolate.
Let it sit for a couple of seconds, then mix until the chocolate melts and becomes smooth and shiny.
Set the chocolate ganache aside to cool completely.
In a mixing bowl, combine super fine sugar and vegetable oil, mixing until the sugar starts to dissolve.
Add homemade dahi (or yogurt) to the mixture and mix well.
Add good quality vanilla extract and mix again.
In another bowl, combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until no large flour pockets remain.
Transfer the batter into a 6-inch microwave-safe glass dish that has been greased with vegetable oil and lined with parchment paper.
Cook in the microwave for 6 minutes on regular heating mode, without preheating.
After 6 minutes, check the cake; it may take slightly longer or shorter depending on your microwave.
Once cooked, make about four holes on the surface of the cake using a piping tip for the caramel sauce.
Fill the holes with caramel sauce (optional).
Pour the cooled chocolate ganache over the cake and spread it into an even layer.
Top with butterscotch for added crunch.
