Combine all the dough ingredients and mix well. Let sit for an hour (to rise).

Grab about 60g of dough, and spoon some filling in the middle of the dough.

Pour oil in the frying pan, and once it is heated place the dough ball in it.

Press the dough with a spatula to make the dough flat.
