Traditionally made with skirt steak, shrimp fajitas have become popular for their quick preparation and fresh flavors. Today, they are enjoyed globally, often customized with various proteins and toppings to suit different tastes.

Lettuce wraps reduce carbs and calories.
Take a small bowl and pour in 4 tablespoons of olive oil.
Add salt and paprika to the bowl; if you don't have paprika, you can avoid it and add chili powder for more spice.
Add chopped green chilies, chopped garlic, and some soy sauce to the bowl.
Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon (around 2 teaspoons) and mix everything together to make the marinade.
Take 500 grams of prawns and dab them with a paper towel to dry them.
Pour half of the marinade mixture into the prawns and mix well; set the rest aside for the vegetables.
If desired, let the prawns marinate for around half an hour, or you can fry them right away.
In another bowl, add capsicum (and optionally chopped onions, which the creator chooses to avoid) and pour the rest of the marinade over the vegetables; mix well.
Optionally, let the vegetables marinate for half an hour while the prawns are marinating, or fry them right away.
Heat a pan and add the marinated prawns; fry each side for about 2-3 minutes or according to your cooking preference until they are cooked and slightly crunchy.
Once the prawns are cooked, transfer them to another bowl.
In the same pan, add the marinated vegetables and sauté until they are nicely cooked and soft, which will take around 5-6 minutes.
Once the capsicum starts to soften, add in spring onions and 2 tablespoons of parsley; mix well.
Add the cooked prawns back into the pan with the vegetables and toss everything together before turning off the flame.
Warm the tortillas in the pan until they are nicely browned but not burnt.
Spread mayonnaise on the first tortilla (or garlic sauce or ranch if preferred).
Add a generous amount of the prawn and vegetable filling onto the tortilla.
Close one side of the tortilla and wrap the other two sides around the filling to complete the wrap.
