Introduce the Thanksgiving dinner recipe for four people using a Toshiba microwave.
Defrost a 4 lbs frozen turkey breast in the Toshiba microwave using the chef defrost feature by weight, which takes 31 minutes.
Melt 1/4 cup butter in the microwave for 15 seconds to soften it.
Chop 1 tablespoon of fresh sage for the turkey rub.
Preheat the Toshiba microwave to 425°F using the convection bake feature.
Mix 1 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon chopped sage into the softened butter.
Pat the turkey breast dry and rub the sage butter mixture all over it.
Place the turkey breast in a large roasting pan to capture drippings for gravy.
Chop 3/4 to 1 cup each of celery, onion, and carrots for the stuffing, and add 4 tablespoons of chopped parsley.
In a bowl, combine 3/4 cup water, chopped vegetables, and 2 teaspoons chicken bullion granules, then add 1/4 cup butter.
Prepare the stuffing by adding the vegetable mixture to the boxed stuffing and mixing well.
Roast the turkey in the convection oven for approximately 30 minutes until crispy and juicy, checking for doneness.
Save all the juices from the roasting pan for the gravy.
In the roasting pan, add 1 cup of water and 2 teaspoons chicken bullion granules, scraping up the turkey drippings.
Stir in 2 tablespoons of flour gradually to thicken the gravy, and heat for 1 minute in the microwave.
Cover the turkey with foil to keep warm after roasting.
Microwave the stuffing vegetables for 8 minutes on high power until soft.
Combine the cooked vegetables with the stuffing mixture and mix well.
