Grate suliguni cheese and add it to the pan.
Add thick sour cream, salt, and black pepper.
Cook the sauce until it becomes smooth and creamy.
Mix the turkey with the sauce.
Start stuffing the pumpkin, removing any excess liquid so the filling stays rich and dense.
Place the lid back on the pumpkin and bake it for 2 hours at 180°C.
