Start by preheating the oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, combine 1 pound of ground turkey, 2/3 cup of breadcrumbs, and 2 tablespoons of dried minced onion flakes.
Add 3/4 cup of whole milk and 1 beaten egg to the mixture.
Incorporate 1 teaspoon of soy sauce and season with 1/2 teaspoon of seasoned pepper and black pepper to taste.
Gently fold the ingredients together with your hands, being careful not to overmix.
Line a standard cookie sheet with foil for easy cleanup.
Shape the meat mixture into a loaf on the foil, about 1.5 inches thick, and create a shallow divot in the center.
For the sauce, mix together 1/3 cup of ketchup, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, and 1 tablespoon of prepared yellow mustard.
Spread the sauce mixture into the divot on the meatloaf and coat the top with the remaining sauce.
Bake the meatloaf in the preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes, checking for an internal temperature of 160°F.
Let the meatloaf rest for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
