1/2 cup raspberries
squeeze of lemon juice
2 teaspoons honey
2 peaches, cut up
1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1/4 cup milk

Get your blender and put in half a cup of raspberries, a squeeze of lemon juice, and two teaspoons of honey.

Blend this for about 20 seconds on high.

Pour that into a small container and don't clean the blender.

Add to the blender with remnants: two peaches cut up, half a cup of plain low-fat yogurt, and a quarter of a cup of milk.

Blend for 30 seconds on medium.

Get the first part you put separate and the mixture you just blended.

Layer them in a container, starting with some of the raspberry mixture, then the peach mixture, and repeat until all is used.
