3 large carrots
3 stalks celery
4 cups chicken broth
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 lemon
1/4 cup fresh parsley
4 cups stuffing
1/4 cup olive oil

Preheat the oven to 325°F.

Remove the turkey giblets and pat the turkey dry with paper towels.
