Blend ginger, garlic, onion, basil, parsley, and habanero pepper with a little bit of water into a paste.

Boil black beans for about 45 minutes and white corn for about 1 hour, adding a little bit of salt to the water.

Heat a little bit of canola oil in a pan and add the blended spice mixture to fry for a bit.

Add a little bit of water, salt, and Maggi to the pan, then add the smoked fish and cow skin to boil for about 2 minutes.
