1

Wash the leeks thoroughly to remove sand.

2

Place the leeks into a baking tray with chicken thighs and an entire head of peeled garlic.

3

Add a handful of apricots and about 1 cup of olives into the tray.

4

Prepare the marinade by mixing 1 and 1/2 cups of chicken broth, paprika, salt, black pepper, turmeric, date syrup, and 1/4 cup of tomato paste.

5

Squeeze in the juice of 2 lemons into the marinade and mix well.

6

Pour the marinade over the chicken and garnish with cilantro.

7

Cover the tray with foil and place it in a preheated oven set at 400°F for 1 hour.

8

After 1 hour, baste the chicken and return it to the oven for another 30 minutes, basting every few minutes.

9

Dice one onion and add it to a large baking tray.

10

Add one red pepper, one tomato, butternut squash, sweet potato, and halved baby potatoes to the tray.

11

In a bowl, mix 1/4 cup of avocado oil, 1 tablespoon of garlic oil, 1 and 1/2 cups of tomato sauce, and 1/4 cup of teriyaki marinade.

12

Season the sauce with salt, black pepper, cumin, coriander, and paprika to taste.

13

Pour half of the sauce over the vegetables and mix thoroughly.

14

Dip each minute steak into the remaining sauce and place it in the tray with the vegetables.

15

Add 1 and 1/2 cups of water to the tray to create moisture.

16

Sprinkle dried parsley over the top (optional).

17

Cover the tray with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 3 hours.

18

After 1 and 1/2 hours, uncover the tray and baste the meat with its juices, then return it to the oven for another hour and a half.

19

Sprinkle salt and black pepper generously on top of the salmon.

20

Add fish seasoning, garlic powder, and drizzle avocado oil over the salmon, then massage it in.

21

Cover the salmon and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.

22

Prepare a mustard sauce with oil, mustard, sugar, vinegar, salt, and dill.

23

Decorate the salmon with lemon slices and coat it with the mustard sauce.

24

For another salmon recipe, wash the salmon and place it on a baking tray, then cover it with sesame teriyaki sauce.

25

In a pot, heat 1/4 to 1/2 cup of oil and add 1 and 1/2 heads of garlic until brown, then pour it over the fish and season with red chili flakes.

26

Cover and bake at 375°F for about 30 minutes.

27

Dress the cooked fish with thinly sliced lemons, chopped scallions, and mixed greens for presentation.

28

Slice eggplant thinly and place it in a baking pan lined with parchment paper, drizzling with oil.

29

Flip the eggplant slices to coat them in oil and bake at 350°F.

30

While the eggplant is baking, prepare a dip with vinegar, honey, black pepper, and salt.
