Instructions
- 1Separate egg whites and yolks into two bowls.

- 5Gradually add sugar to the egg whites and continue beating until stiff peaks form.

- 7Gently fold in the remaining egg whites until no white streaks remain.
- 8Heat a non-stick skillet over low heat and lightly grease it with butter.
- 9Spoon the batter into the skillet, forming thick rounds.
- 10Cover the skillet with a lid and cook for 4-5 minutes until the bottoms are golden.
- 11Flip the pancakes carefully and cook for another 4-5 minutes with the lid on.
- 12Remove from the skillet and stack them high on a plate.
- 13Dust with powdered sugar and serve with maple syrup and whipped cream.
