Oreo Ice Cream Sandwich | Easy and Fun to Make

Line muffin pan with cut-out rounds of parchment paper. Place half of an Oreo cookie, filling removed, top side down. Set aside.

In a chilled bowl, combine Nestle all-purpose cream, condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Using a hand mixer on low speed, whip the mixture until it forms stiff peaks and doubles in size.

Add crushed Oreo cookies and gently fold, making sure not to deflate the whipped cream.

Transfer the mixture to a piping bag, cut the tip, and pipe it onto the cookies (about 1-inch thickness).

Top with the cookie’s other half, face-up. Cover with plastic film and freeze for 4 hours to overnight.

Place a wire rack on top of the pan and carefully flip. Wrap Oreo ice cream sandwiches individually. Serve and enjoy!
