OREO ICE CREAM SANDWICH - Only 2 ingredients!

Crush half of the oreo cookies into fine crumbs.

In a bowl, mix the crushed oreos with melted butter until combined.

Press the oreo mixture into the bottom of a baking dish to form a crust.

Spread a layer of vanilla ice cream evenly over the oreo crust.

Drizzle chocolate syrup over the ice cream layer.

Sprinkle mini chocolate chips and sprinkles on top of the syrup.

Add dollops of peanut butter and marshmallow fluff across the toppings.

Crush the remaining oreo cookies and sprinkle them over the top.

Cover the dish with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours.

Remove from the freezer and let sit for 5 minutes before slicing.

Serve with additional whipped cream and chocolate syrup if desired.
