- ●2 cups plain yogurt
- ●1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled
- ●1/2 cup milk
- ●1/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
- ●1/2 tsp cardamom powder (optional)
- ●Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- 1In a blender, combine the yogurt, fresh strawberries, milk, sugar, and cardamom powder if using.
- 2Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy.
- 3Taste the lassi and adjust the sweetness by adding more sugar if desired.
- 4If you prefer a chilled drink, add ice cubes to the blender and blend again until smooth.
- 5Pour the strawberry lassi into glasses.
- 6Garnish with a few strawberry slices or a sprinkle of cardamom powder on top if desired.
- 7Serve immediately and enjoy!
