Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth.

Add meat or vegetables to the onion mixture and cook until done.
Season the filling with herbs and spices to taste.
Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into a circle.
Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each circle.
Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges tightly.
Bring water to a boil in a large pot and place a steamer basket inside.
Steam the Khokhop for about 20 minutes until cooked through.
