Cut the breadfruit into small cubes and soak them in water for about 10 minutes to remove bitterness.

Drain the water and pat dry the breadfruit cubes.

In a pan, heat oil over medium heat and add mustard seeds. When they start to splutter, add the chopped onions and minced garlic. Cook until the onions are translucent.

Add the turmeric powder, curry powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Add the breadfruit cubes to the pan and mix well.
