2 teaspoons unroasted curry powder (substituted with Jaffna curry powder)
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder

3 whole red chilies (substituted with red chili flakes)
