Glutinous rice flour (白玉粉) 6g
Katakuri powder (片栗粉) 4g
Thin powder (薄力粉) 3g
Water (水) 90ml
Red bean paste (紅豆沙) 8g/piece
Soybean flour (黃豆粉) appropriate amount
Cinnamon powder (肉桂粉) appropriate amount
Matcha powder (抹茶粉) appropriate amount

In a mixing bowl, combine glutinous rice flour, sugar, and cinnamon.

Gradually add water to the dry ingredients, mixing until a smooth batter forms.

Transfer the mixture to a heatproof dish and steam for about 20 minutes until cooked through.

Once cooked, let it cool slightly before kneading the dough until smooth.

Divide the dough into small portions and flatten each piece into a circle.

Place a small amount of red bean paste in the center of each circle and fold the dough over to seal.

Dust the finished pieces with cornstarch to prevent sticking.
