Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Punch down the risen dough and divide it into equal portions.
Shape each portion into rolls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cover the rolls and let them rise for another 30 minutes until puffy.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and brush with melted butter if desired.
Let cool on a wire rack before serving.
