125 g butter

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 Celsius).

Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl until everything is evenly combined. Add the cold butter cut into cubes and mix everything together until it forms a dough.

Wrap it in plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator to chill for at least 30 minutes.

Take the cookie dough out on a floured surface and divide it into 15-16 balls. Roll each ball with your hands and flatten them slightly. Place them on a baking sheet and press a hole in the middle of each cookie. Spoon about 1/2 a teaspoon of jam in each hole.

Bake the cookies in the oven for about 10-12 minutes, they should not get color.

Let them cool for a bit before transferring them to a plate.

Powder them with powdered sugar.
