all-purpose flour

Whole wheat flour adds fiber and nutrients.

Mix all batter ingredients.

Pour into a sprayed loaf pan.

Bake at 350° for 40 minutes, do NOT let top get to Brown, it tends to get tough. I actually cup mine off to eat it, also cutting off the Glaze in the process.

If you want the Glaze, then mix Glaze ingredients and put on loaf after it has cooled completely.
