1 (4-ounce) can green chiles, undrained
1 (28-ounce) can tomato puree
2 tablespoons sauce from can of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce (from can)
1 cup beef stock
1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1 teaspoon pepper, or to taste
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon chili powder
