Boil 25 small potatoes until soft, checking with a knife to ensure they are not overcooked.
Pour off the water and cool the potatoes with cold water to make peeling easier.
Boil 11 eggs in water with salt for at least 10 minutes.
Peel the boiled potatoes and cut them into chunks, keeping them warm.
Chop the boiled eggs and mash the yolks into the mixture.
Season the potatoes with salt and black pepper to taste.
Add 2.5 tablespoons of dill relish and 3 tablespoons of sweet relish to the potatoes.
Add a squirt of mustard to the mixture.
Add 8 tablespoons of mayonnaise to the salad and stir until well combined.
Taste the potato salad and adjust seasoning as necessary.
