Add 2 diced hard-boiled eggs to the dressing and mix.
Place the dressing in the fridge for a couple of hours to let the flavors combine.
Boil, peel, and chill 500g of waxy potatoes, then cut them into 1.5 cm cubes.
Add the cooled potatoes to the dressing and gently mix together.
