  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. 1In a large pot, heat a little oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and bell pepper, and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
  2. 2Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  3. 3Stir in the shredded smoked turkey, black beans, kidney beans, crushed tomatoes, and chicken broth.
  4. 4Add the chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
  5. 5Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. 6After 30 minutes, stir in the sour cream until fully incorporated and heated through.
