Smoked Turkey Chili, Turkey Dip, Cornbread and Oatmeal Cookies (#1335)

Instructions
- 1In a large pot, heat a little oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and bell pepper, and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
- 2Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- 3Stir in the shredded smoked turkey, black beans, kidney beans, crushed tomatoes, and chicken broth.
- 4Add the chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
- 5Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 6After 30 minutes, stir in the sour cream until fully incorporated and heated through.
