Put flour into a bowl.

Add milk and stir until mixed.

Add sugar and nutmeg to the mixture.

Add 1 tablespoon of baking powder.

Add a pinch of salt.

Crack and add 2 eggs to the mixture.

Mix until well combined.

Heat extra virgin olive oil in a frying pan.

Pour pancake mixture into the frying pan.

Fry until golden brown, flipping as needed.

Add fillings (sardine and carrots) to the pancakes and wrap them.
