Thai Peanut Noodles

Cook the rice noodles in salted water for 4 to 6 minutes according to the package instructions.

In a pan, prepare the peanut sauce by adding 1/4 cup of peanut butter and 1 teaspoon of red curry paste.

Mix the peanut butter and red curry paste together.

Add 2 tablespoons of coconut milk, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of honey, 2 teaspoons of sesame seed oil, and 1 1/2 tablespoons of rice vinegar to the peanut sauce.

Add 1/4 cup of water to the sauce and mix well.
