1

Prepare the base for home brew by boiling 1 L of water and dissolving 200 g of sugar to make syrup.

2

Allow the syrup to cool to 20 degrees Celsius.

3

Wash the wheat and pour it into an enamel pan, then cover it with the syrup to a depth of 2 cm.

4

Leave the mixture uncovered in a warm place for about 5 days until fermentation begins.

5

After 3 days, check the mixture for foaming, indicating readiness for the next step.

6

Make a new syrup by dissolving 1300 g of sugar in 6 L of hot water and allow it to cool to about 30 degrees Celsius.

7

Pour the fermented wheat mixture into a fermentation tank and add the warm syrup.

8

Attach a waterlock to the fermentation tank and let it ferment in a warm place.

9

After about 11 days of fermentation, prepare to distill the brew.

10

Distill the mixture quickly without separating foreshots and tails, collecting about 650 ml of raw alcohol.

11

Measure the ABV of the distillate, which should be around 37%.

12

Mix the distillate with water in a 1:1 ratio and start the second distillation.

13

During the second distillation, extract foreshots based on smell, discarding about 50 ml.

14

Collect the hearts of the distillate, resulting in about 260 ml.

15

Measure the ABV of the final product, which should be around 57%.

16

Taste the final product and note its unique flavor.
