Sardine Salad

1 can sardines in olive oil
2 cups mixed greens
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Open the can of sardines and place them on a nice tray.

Arrange some lettuce around the sardines.
