1 can Spanish sardines in olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (about 15 grams)
3 tablespoons olive oil from the canned sardines (about 45 milliliters)
1 tablespoon Sherry vinegar (15 milliliters)
black pepper

Cut each tomato into rounds that are a quarter inch thick.
