In a blender jar, add 1 cup of water, 1/4 tsp black salt, a small piece of chopped ginger, and 2 slices of roughly chopped pineapple.

Add the juice of half a lemon and 1 tbsp raw sugar to the blender.

Blend the mixture well.

Strain the blended pineapple lemonade into a serving glass.

Tear fresh mint leaves with your hands to release their flavors and add them to the serving glass.

Add a couple of ice cubes to the serving glass.

Add the soaked basil seeds into the serving glass and pour the pineapple lemonade over them.
