1/4 cup mustard
1/2 cup cherry peppers, sliced
1/4 cup pickles, sliced
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 tablespoons beef tallow
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1 cup lettuce, chopped
1 cup tomato, diced
1 avocado, sliced

Fire up the three burner gas griddle from Charbroil.

Cut potatoes into fries and add olive oil and salt, then mix together.

Prepare the burger sauce by mixing mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, cherry peppers, pickles, and vinegar.

Set the burger sauce aside.

Grill the fries on the griddle set to medium high heat, closing the griddle to let them steam.
