1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 cup water

Heat milk in a saucepan over medium heat until it begins to steam.
