1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp fresh ground ginger
2 cloves fresh garlic
14 oz firm tofu
8 small corn tortillas
2 cups slaw mix
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 lime, cut into wedges

Mix slaw mix, carrots, cilantro, and red cabbage in a bowl.

Add salt, pepper, and juice of one lime to the slaw mixture.
