Tofu Tacos

1 block (14 oz) extra firm tofu
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chili powder
1 tbsp Goya seasoning
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup diced red onion
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 tbsp Old El Paso taco seasoning
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup Kobe Jack cheese, shredded
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed

Press excess water out of the extra firm tofu using a clean cloth, flipping it a couple of times to dry it as much as possible.

Crumble the dried tofu into small pieces using gloves.
