Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow leaves.
Cut the Brussels sprouts in half.
In a bowl, drizzle olive oil over the Brussels sprouts, eyeballing the amount.
Add balsamic vinegar to the bowl with the Brussels sprouts.
Season with salt and pepper.
Toss the Brussels sprouts to coat them with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Let the Brussels sprouts sit for about 15 minutes to let the flavors meld.
Line a small baking pan with parchment paper.
Pour the Brussels sprouts onto the baking pan, cut side down.
Place the baking pan in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) and bake for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, flip the Brussels sprouts over so the cut side is up and roast for an additional 10 minutes.
Remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven and serve.
